Whistleblowing

Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10, 2023, by which Directive (EU) 2019/1937 was implemented, has introduced new features to protect so-called whistleblowers, i.e., persons who report violations of national or European Union regulatory provisions that harm the public interest or the integrity of the company, of which they have become aware in the company’s working environment.

Reports will be considered and handled by formally identified persons, in the manner provided for in the aforementioned legislation and described within the model of whistleblowing policy.
