As part of our company’s path towards sustainability, it is with great pleasure that we announce that Alisped SpA has recently obtained ISO 14001 certification, the most recognized international standard for environmental management systems. The standard brings a systematic approach to planning, implementing and managing an environmental management system and has several benefits, including:
- Flexibility with respect to business needs and expectations;
- Improvement of environmental performance through means to effectively monitor and measure it;
- Facilitation of reduction in pollution, waste generation and unintentional discharges to the environment;
- Improvement in resource management;
- Increased adherence to environmental legal compliance and business requirements.
ISO 14001 is designed to be integrated with other recognized management standards, including ISO 9001, which Alisped SpA already has.
